Open the Door

Windows allow you to see the world

And it really is a wonderful place

You can see cars racing down the street

Building towering above the clouds

And many more all you have to do is look!

The only thing that limits you is a thin sheet of glass

It separates you from the world,

And if you wish to see the world just go outside

Open the door, between you and a fulfilled life

Of days spent skipping through flowery meadows during spring

Before you go you have to know that it’s going to be hard

You wouldn’t always win

But you have to have hope and never replace it with fear

All you have to do is love and just keep going no matter how hard

The only thing I have left to ask is, are you willing to open the door?
